It only happens every 100 years.
And seats are going fast already. But if you’re looking to reenact one of the most famous ship wrecks, now is your chance to grab a seat on the MS Balmor, which will follow the Titanic’s route to celebrate/mourn it’s 100th anniversiary.
The brainchild of the British travel firm Miles Morgan Travel, the cruise offers a once in a lifetime opportunity to tell your friends that you stood on the bow of a ship with a beautiful woman and made her feel like she was flying. We wonder how many people on the cruise will walk to the bow and shout “I’m king of the world!”
Tickets start at around $4,100 and will follow the exact route of the original unsinkable ship (the MS Balmor is also guaranteed not to go down as well).
The highlight of the 12-day cruise will be on April 14/15 when the Balmor stops in the icy Atlantic at the exact spot the Titanic sunk after being struck by an iceberg. (Global warming has since eliminated the risk for most transatlantic cruising.
Book your tickets here. We’re checking to see if they’ll offer a media pass.
