We’re sure the plan looked much better in his mind.

But when a 22-year-old German student decided to drop his drawers and push his rosey cheeks against the train’s window to register his dissatisfaction with officials who had just kicked him off the train because he didn’t have a ticket, he never expected he would still get a free ride.

Apparently, the student’s pants got caught on one of the car’s door as the train started to head out. Instead of walking away from the incident with his dignity and satisfaction of really sticking it to The Man, the poor sap was dragged off the platform, down the tracks ankles first.

And while this would have certainly landed the idiot a big cash settlement in the US, in Germany, the kid faces criminal charges and must make restitution to the train company for causing the train (and 23 others) to be late.

While physically unhurt, we hope there are scars that will last him a lifetime.

It just goes to show you that there are idiots in Europe too.
