The first Italian all gay cruise now faces a lawsuit from one heterosexual couple because the cruise company didn’t tell them what they were buying.
According to the Daily Mail, the couple used reward points from a super market to book the cruise, never realizing it was infected with “the gay.”
Through their lawyer, the couple is seeking about $5,000, saying they shouild have been notified that the boat would be packed with beautiful, well tanned and buff men. They are further disappointed that the 14 Tina Turners, 11 Chers and 18 Julie Newmars were not actually the stars they claimed they to be and have had to throw away their autograph book.
The couple added that beside the embarrassment of being surrounded by gay people, they met a few friends on the boat that they didn’t know they were gay: Oops? Those poor guys had to come out of the smallest closets on the high seas.
After viewing the cruise line company’s website, which included the above sailor photo, we can totally understand why the couple didn’t know what they were getting into. We mean, what straight piece of beefcake doesn’t has abs like that?
No word yet if the cruise line faces additional lawsuits from gay couples for including a few straight people on the ship. Then again, they’ve been dealing with that for centuries.
