barney_fifeThey have a list. And don’t think your cookies aren’t being eaten by Uncle Sam — or maybe in this case, Blogger Bob, the noted blogger for the official blog site of the TSA.

The Transportation Security Administration recently posted a note on Hipstertravelguide.com suggesting we were wrong after we speculated that those boys with metal detectors would start banning plastic knifes used to put butter on bread after one was used in a failed hijacking.

Blogger Bob, at least that’s how he signed the email, asked us:

Technically, he never says TSA isn’t going to ban plastic cutlery, and we suppose it’s not that wise to poke fun at his authoriti, but we can’t resist. Read his whole note here, and our response follows.

Naturally, we stand by our story.
