Holiday travel up, down, up, down, you make the call

Travel experts are saying that holiday travel is up.
No, wait, it’s down.
Oh, it’s up again.
If it feels like a mixed message, it’s because it is. While the economy has started to show some signs of a recovery (something we don’t necessarily think is a good thing because recession travel is a great money saving venture) not everything is really doing all that well, despite some very optimistic reports.
So is travel up or is it down? Pull out your Magic 8 Ball and make the call, for us, it’s outlook remains hazy.
