boeingBoeing is 0n a streak.

Last week was the inaguaral flight of the 787 Dreamliner — a massive 250 passenger jet made of recycled plastic bottles — well, not really, it’s made of carbon fiber, composite materials and aluminium.

However, it’s lighter than most planes and promises airlines a 20 percent increase in fuel efficiency. Now, Boeing announced its second 787 took off and landed without any problems yesterday.

“We are delighted that the second Dreamliner is in the livery of our launch customer, ANA,” said Scott Fancher, vice president and general manager of the 787 program. “We are honored by the airline’s support and look forward to delivering (All Nippon Airways) the first production airplane next year.”
