cocktailsNothing spreads holiday cheer more than free drinks. From now until Saturday, anyone on a select Virgin America “Holiday Cheers” flight won’t have to pick up the tab for any Christmas spirits.

“During this busy time of year, we wanted to thank our guests by bringing onboard some of their latest suggestions and by spreading a little holiday spirit – in a way we knew they would appreciate,” said Frances Fiorillo, Senior Vice President of People & In-Flight Services at Virgin America.

Indeed, but it’s not just free drinks: Virgin America has also changed up its menu for first class passengers, according to the airline, and it continues to offer free wifi services. So no other airline in the U.S. can offer this picture: You sitting in first class, sipping a microbrew, chasing it with Patron, nibbling on roasted lamb while Tweeting 16354_204703231169_537226169_2971724_1800318_nabout it through your Facebook page.

And if you’re the first person to send out a social networking update on some flights, you can win a round trip ticket and some special secret Santa gifts that no one is giving away at the office. Don’t forget your hashtag. (Check out Virgin America on Twitter.)

The gift list includes hotel stays, tickets to wine tastings in Napa Valley and an assortment of other stocking stuffers that will make every fremenie green with envy. And isn’t that what Christmas is all about?

Check out their new complete menu and see if you remember having that on some other airline:
