Haiti: Signed Devil pact shook up island according to Pat Robertson
God, not geology, caused the massive earthquake in Haiti Tuesday that has killed upwards of 100,000 people, Pat Robertson said.
Apparently, more than 200 years ago, Haitian slaves signed a pact with the Devil in order to gain their freedom.
“They said, we will serve you (Satan) if you will get us free from the French. True story. And so, the devil said, okay it’s a deal,” the televangelist said, according to the AFP news service.
HTG was unable to find a copy of the alleged pact, which would have been filed in the Port-au-Prince courthouse, due to damages caused by the Lord Almighty.
All three of the holy trinity were unavailable for comment due to pending wrath projects aimed at San Francisco, Las Vegas, Thailand (which is still recovering from having a city named Phuket) and Catholics.
Robertson has also blamed pro choice groups for Hurricane Katrina and 9/11 on “the Gays” and said that the American government should shoot Hugo Chavez for having an accent.

Careful research — typing “douchebag evangelist” into Google — reveals that Robertson’s faith in an imaginary figure and his arch nemesis fighting it out over a small Caribbean island has as much validity as Alice talking to rabbits. The fact people watch him and listen to him without vomiting on their coffee table is beyond us.
Robertson, the founder of the Christian Broadcasting Network, a vile organization that promulgates racism, hatred and ill will through some of the worst programing in the world, has demonstrated again and again that his resting place will not end up in a pearly gated community but rather in a padded room.
We just want the world to know that most of the America is not like Pat Robertson. Most of America is kind and friendly and sees the images from Haiti with shock and empathy. America will help as many people as it can for as long as it can.
Pat Robertson, however, will continue to be himself — a blabbering buffoon.
