A few weeks ago, there was a lot of hub-bub made over the particularly hot photos released from the body scanning devices about to go into airports.

This particular photo made it onto the Drudge Report and Gizmodo — though it was quickly proven a fake. Apparently, there’s a photoshop filter that will let you change any naked photo into a potential TSA body scan. (Just click on the help button, scroll down to filters, then press TSA Body Scan.)

The TSA certainly wanted to prove it was a fake as quickly as possible because people don’t want to think security agents are ogling over body scan pics at the end of their shift.

Now the real way to know this was a fake is because the mysterious beautiful traveler doesn’t really exist, despite rumors circulating on other websites. It doesn’t even matter what sex you’re talking about. There is no tall blonde woman who works as a nude model and computer programer or the Adonis man with 12 pack abs slinks into the seat next to you eager hear all of your stories about life.

Rumor: Power setting way too high:

Busted: Stolen from a doctor’s office.

Rumor: Power setting too low

True: But the the TSA agent is actually check her out in the video screen. Maybe a little too long, now that we look at the picture.
