We’ve heard of people who live their life in a bottle — now there’s the canned life too.
If you’re in Denmark this August for Smuckfest — a series of concerts — you’re welcome to rent one of these two story can rooms by Royal Unibrew.
Draft Magazine first featured the can rooms (though we were tipped off by Intelligent Traveler (the bloggers from National Geographic.) We’re still kind of shocked that there’s even a Draft Magazine.
According to Draft, the cans are 12.5 feet high and include living space on the bottom floor and a round double bed on the second floor. The cans cost about $145 a night and become quite popular during Smukfest — an August concert series where big name bands play for raucous Danes. The entire roof of the can also pops up so you can have an open air sleeping.
The Smuckfest is much different than New York City’s Schmuckfest, which is when exboyfriends of Jewish women get together to commiserate.
